Match 46 IPL: RCB Vs DC – Sizzling Steyn rips through Deccan

The Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and elected to bowl against the Deccan Chargers at the Vidarbha Cricket Association stadium on Monday. A defeat for Deccan here will mean curtains to their race to a semi-final spot.
Deccan left out West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Smith to bring in Herschelle Gibbs. Bangalore made two changes as spinner KP Appanna and opener Manish Pandey replaced S Sriram and Praveen Kumar.
Both teams are eyeing an early entry to leave behind a mad scrap to the last four. Mumbai Indians have already sealed their spot with three more berths left for Deccan, Bangalore, Chennai, Rajasthan, Kolkata and Delhi.
Deccan have won their last two games to get back some momentum with the tournament heading towards its business end. Bangalore, who lost two consecutive games after being on a roll, managed a win against the Kolkata Knight Riders in their last outing.
The last time these two teams clashed, Bangalore lost at home as Deccan chased down a steep target with T Suman and Andrew Symonds hitting form.
Teams:
Deccan Chargers: Adam Gilchrist (C), Monish Mishra, Heschelle Gibbs, T Suman, Andrew Symonds, Rohit Sharma, B Sumanth, Ryan Harris, RP Singh, Pragyan Ojha, Harmeet Singh.
